Support and operational boundaries

1. Core platform scope

TickerChats is delivered as a hosted construction project management platform. The service is organized around workspaces, projects, shared records, collaboration features, and public-facing pages that can be activated by the customer. Modules may include project documentation, plans, site diaries, progress management, requests for information, defect workflows, calendars, room booking, messages, meetings, service desk tickets, recruitment, compliance, invoices, schedules, attachments, and other construction operations workflows.

The service is operated by Wexrowe Integrated Solutions LLC, 32 N Gould Street, WY 82801, Wyoming, United States of America.

2. Attachments, media, and storage handling

  • TickerChats supports file uploads, thumbnails, image and video attachments, and document references across multiple modules.
  • Uploaded files may be processed into thumbnails or alternate representations needed for preview, viewer, or media workflows.
  • Storage limits, regional deployment choices, and feature-specific retention rules may vary by customer plan or workspace configuration.

3. Public pages and guest-facing flows

The service may expose public routes such as careers pages, newsletter confirmation or unsubscribe pages, shared meetings, training links, and other customer-enabled workflows. Customers are responsible for the content they publish and the audience they invite through those public or guest-facing experiences.

4. Integrations and connected services

TickerChats can depend on third-party services for email delivery, payments, anti-abuse protections, AI-assisted features, map services, mail integrations, and specialized viewing capabilities. The availability of some features depends on correct customer configuration, valid credentials, or third-party platform availability.

5. Support boundary

  • TickerChats support covers the hosted platform, platform defects, subscription administration, and reasonable assistance for customer-reported product issues.
  • Support does not include the customer's internal network, devices, browser extensions, third-party systems not controlled by TickerChats, or customer-specific legal/compliance decisions.
  • Professional services, implementation work, custom development, or formal SLAs are outside scope unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Service changes and preview features

TickerChats is in active development and may improve modules, redesign interfaces, add new workflows, retire underused features, or revise public page behavior. Preview, beta, experimental, or AI-assisted features may be made available separately and can change faster than core production workflows.
