1. Data TickerChats processes
Depending on how the service is used, TickerChats may process:
- Account and authentication data such as email address, password hash, two-factor authentication status, session identifiers, and login security logs.
- Profile and organization data such as name, job title, phone number, company details, timezone, office assignment, and workspace roles.
- Project collaboration data such as messages, meeting invitations, uploaded audio, timesheets, schedules, documents, drawings, forms, attachments, approvals, OCR output, and activity timestamps.
- Public feature data such as careers applications, newsletter subscriptions, and external meeting participation information.
- Technical data such as browser information, approximate connection metadata, audit logs, and error records used for reliability and security.
2. Why the data is used
- To create and manage user accounts, workspaces, projects, meetings, and communications.
- To protect the platform through authentication, authorization, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and operational monitoring.
- To send essential service emails such as confirmations, password reset emails, invitations, and security notifications.
- To administer subscriptions, billing, support workflows, and customer requests.
- To provide optional marketing communications such as the newsletter when a person has subscribed.

Data is shared only when necessary to provide the relevant feature, protect the platform, or satisfy legal obligations.
